Being employees of a major, 'New Home Builder" in the GTA made us very skeptical when we set out to find a resale home. We decided to purchase resale rather than a newly constructed home because the new home selection was limited at the time we were shopping in the locations we were interested in buying.

We had met Patricia Williams when we were prematurely shopping around Oakville open houses near the end of the winter 04'. Our first impression of Patricia was that she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and genuine. She patiently kept in touch over the following months sending us listings that might interest us. When we decided to seriously begin shopping resale we contacted Patricia/Bruce to see if they could work with us to find a house in Burlington or Milton.

We weren't sure how mature we wanted the house to be, but Patricia quickly figured out we were looking for a newly established community, similar to the ones our company establishes. She focused on Milton and Burlington listings and researched both locations, coming up with a variety of homes to help determine what features we felt were necessary to have in our home, while meeting our price range.

We shopped for two weeks before finding our perfect house. It had everything we wanted and more......I did not think we would find a house with everything in it that I wanted, but I guess is possible if you have the right person working with you. Patricia was very positive, flexible and understanding throughout the entire process. She set my mind at ease many times while viewing the various listings and without the knowledge and expertise that she demonstrated, I think this could have been a a very long and drawn out process.

After two and half months we still comment on how perfect this house is for us. Patricia was genuinely interested in finding us a home to suite our lifestyle over the next few years. I would like to thank her and Bruce for their positive contribution to one of the most important decisions we have made together. 

Our experience with the of our first resale home was very enjoyable and we look forward to working with Bruce & Patricia in the future.
